I watched Slumberland on Netflix and it made me feel… weird for some reason. Like uncomfortable. Still trying to figure out why.

Actually made it into the office today, mostly out of guilt for not being there in person. My brain feels like it’s in a jar though.

I completed my #TheSims4 mod research/updating and EVERYTHING WORKS on first load!! I am shocked and also very proud of myself considering how tricky mod compatibility is for this game. I have a big spreadsheet tracking everything because of course I do.

Off to a family gathering, but mostly wishing I could stay home to do more important #TheSims4 mod research. 👀🤫😜

Indian food! Chicken Tikka Masala with garlic naan is my fave dish, the sauce is just SO good. I’ve learned I’m picky about the taste though. I don’t like when there are pieces of green bell pepper because that flavor is toooooo overpowering in the sauce.

Lunch at Red Lobster! The server said in a deadpan voice that the cheddar biscuits were now only served on weekdays and we went thru a roller coaster of emotions and sputtering in disbelief until she finally said she was joking. 🤣 Whew!!

Did I stay up until 3am playing #TheSims4? No of course not! I stayed up until 3am downloading mods for it instead because to my brain that is also playing the game. 🤣

Mozzarella cheese for a snack, om nom nom. Also got a fancy toothbrush from the dentist and probably will be getting my remaining wisdom teeth out soon, boooo.

Dental checkup time, wooo. I have a wonky wisdom tooth trying to come in sideways so I bet they will want to extract. 😭

Taking the pup to the vet for his follow-up checkup after dental surgery. He got 6+ teeth out! 😭💜

I have 40 pages left of The Witch King and so far I’m glad I stuck with it. It is a bit intense with the world building at the beginning, but the character depth and story twists make it it an excellent read!

Sometimes I have a little dream of having my own crafty or web business instead of working for corporations but it feels like so much work to get started and maintain. 🫤 My mental energy is still so low from the past few years of the world being a clusterfuck (and it continuing to be).

Watched Nimona on Netflix - super cute, really enjoyed the animation, characters, and setting! Loved the representation and metaphors the most 🥰 make sure to watch the first part of the credits for more of the colorful art! 🏳️‍🌈

So sleepy. Doggo kept waking me up all night. He can’t get comfy since he is recovering from getting several teeth pulled, poor lil old man. 😭
